(一)味增葱白汤
材料:有机味增1茶匙/3克、葱白一支
做法:葱白洗净切末,连同有机味增加水250cc入锅合煮,大火煮滚后,小火续煮20分钟即可。
Miso Soup
Ingredients: 3g of organic miso,1 stalk of scallion
Method:
Wash the scallion and cut it into small pieces. Place scallion pieces and organic miso into 250cc of water, and boil them over high heat. Then cook them over slow heat for 20 mins. Consume.
(二)糙米红枣汤
材料:糙米80克、红枣5粒
做法:糙米洗净,红枣切开去籽,二者入锅后加水500cc,用电锅蒸煮45分钟,滤渣取汤。
Brown rice and red dates soup
Ingredients: 80g of brown rice, 5 red dates
Method: Wash brown rice, cut red dates and remove seeds. Put them together in pot with 500cc of water. Steam the contents in an electronic pot. Filter the residue and consume the soup.
今天的晚餐我将以上的第一道汤改良,加入鸡蛋、豆腐、高丽菜和面。改吃面,主要是因为宝宝在生病期间,会食欲降低,不喜欢咀嚼。
