番茄鸡蛋汤 + 冷压橄榄油拌香菇青江菜 + 糙米 + 能量三宝(大豆卵磷脂、小麦胚芽、酵母薄片)

24.4.2012午餐
这几天天气真的很热,今天来给宝宝做些消暑的料理。
苡仁绿豆番薯粥 + 有机葡萄干 + 冷压亚麻籽油 + 巴西栗yi ren, mung beans & sweet potato porridge + raisins + cold pressed flax seed oil + brazil nuts (pulverized)
小贴士:
- 先将苡仁和绿豆泡水约3小时。
- 二者泡好后加水和番薯如果合煮至绿豆开花后,再把洗净的米倒进锅里合煮成粥即可。
- 稍凉后,把适量有机葡萄干加进粥里。
