2.4.2012晚餐

老黄瓜枸杞排骨汤 + 冷压橄榄油拌长角豆和白蘑菇 + 蛋 + 糙米 + 能量三宝(大豆卵磷脂、小麦胚芽、酵母薄片)
Old cucumber wolfberries ribs soup + long beans & white button mushroom mixed with extra virgin olive oil + egg + brown rice + triple nutrition (Soy Lecithin,Wheat Germ,Yeast Flakes)




2.4.2012午餐

营养蔬菜粥(黑木耳 + 红枣 + 绿花椰菜 + 马铃薯)+ 冷压亚麻籽油 + 腰果(磨成粉状)
nutrition veges porridge (black fungus + red dates + broccoli + potato) + cold pressed flax seed oil + cashew nuts (pulverized)


2.4.2012早餐

6oz配方牛奶 + 黑米糊片 + 纳豆粉 + 有机乳酪 + 有机紫番薯馒头(自制)
6oz formula milk + black rice cereal + natto powder + organic cheddar + organic purple sweet potato bun (home made)
