14.5.2012晚餐

番茄豆腐蛋花排骨汤 + 冷压橄榄油拌绿花椰菜 + 糙米 + 能量三宝(大豆卵磷脂、小麦胚芽、酵母薄片)
tomato, tofu, egg & ribs soup + broccoli mixed with extra virgin olive oil + brown rice + triple nutrition (Soy Lecithin,Wheat Germ,Yeast Flakes)



14.5.2012午餐

玉米松子四季豆能量粥(小米、小小米、荞麦)+ 冷压亚麻籽油 + 有机腰果(磨成粉状)
corn, pine nuts, green bean & energy grains (Buckwheat, Millet, Quinoa) porridge + cold pressed flax seed oil + organic cashew nut (pulverized)

14.5.2012早餐

4oz配方牛奶 + 有机乳酪 + 有机黑芝麻馒头(自制)
4oz formula milk + organic cheddar + organic black sesame buns (home made)
