6.3.2012午餐
莲子 + 芡实 + 红豆 + 莲藕排骨粥 + 冷压亚麻籽油 + 腰果(自磨成粉状)
lotus seeds, gorgon, red beans, lotus root & ribs porridge + cold pressed flax seed oil + cashew nuts (self-pulverized)
莲子、芡实和红豆需要事先泡3小时,然后和烫过的排骨加水入锅煮至熟烂。最后才将米和莲藕加入锅合煮。要给宝宝用餐前,可将莲藕捞起,用搅拌机搅碎。
