老公见我做面点做得起劲,便买了一本一位网路烘焙达人胡涓涓所写著的《面点新手必备的第一本书》给我,让我获益良多。其中也认识了一些自制面点的实用小工具,对于每个星期都动手做馒头的我会有很大的帮助,尤其是这张silicone pastry board。
我买的这张silicone pastry board的大小是58x 48cm,RM99。包装上写着:It perfectly attaches to the table; the pastry does not stick to the board; the board is space saving, it can be rolled or folded. It is easy to clean, does not absord smells of foods and is provided with a scale for easy measuring out and slicing. Heat resistant, can be used as a mat under hot cookware. Make of excellent silicone, suitable for refrigerator, dishwasher safe.
之前每次在桌上揉面时,会把桌子抹干净,但毕竟桌面平滑,常常觉得很“溜”的感觉。有了这张silicone pastry board,因为它是non-stick,会防滑,揉起面团感觉省力、轻松了很多,使用后也很好清洁。想长期给宝宝做面点的妈妈,这很值得投资哦!

3.4.2012晚餐
我爱泰式料理,尤其对泰式料理所用的辛香调味料特别迷恋。在家里,也种了一些可以做调味食材的植物,马蜂橙叶(又名青柠叶)便是其一。之前,尝试用香茅蒸鱼获得好评后,我也一直在打量另一食材-马蜂橙叶的可能性。它具独特浓烈的柠檬香气,我想利用热气煮出香气和风味。今天,就尝试摘来蒸给宝宝吃,宝宝好喜欢哦!
冬瓜红枣汤 + 马蜂橙叶蒸海鲂鱼 + 蒜头田七菜 + 糙米 + 能量三宝(大豆卵磷脂、小麦胚芽、酵母薄片)
winter melon & red dates soup + Kaffir lime leaf steamed dory fish + garlic & tianqi vege + brown rice + triple nutrition (Soy Lecithin,Wheat Germ,Yeast Flakes)

我家栽种的马蜂橙叶。摘下来的时候,就闻到一股独特的柠檬香气
它是泰国的柠檬树叶,常被东南亚国家拿来做辛香调味,非常容易入味
将马蜂橙叶剪成丝状
洒在海鲂鱼片上
将香茅磨碎备用
水滚后,入锅蒸煮10分钟
最后把香茅洒在蒸好的鱼片上

现有12个牙齿的宝宝喜欢咀嚼,这道料理每一口都需要细细地咀嚼出它的滋味,宝宝好爱!
