番茄豆腐汤 + 香茅蒸海鲂鱼 + 小白菜 + 小米 + 能量三宝(大豆卵磷脂、小麦胚芽、酵母薄片)
tomato & tofu soup + dory fish steamed with lemon grass + small pak choy + millet + triple nutrition (Soy Lecithin,Wheat Germ,Yeast Flakes)



7.5.2012午餐

胡萝卜佛手瓜排骨粥 + 冷压亚麻籽油 + 有机南瓜籽(磨成粉状)
carrot, chayote & ribs porridge + cold pressed flax seed oil + organic pumpkin seeds (pulverized)

7.5.2012早餐

4oz配方牛奶 + 糙米糊片+ 有机乳酪 + 有机全麦馒头(自制)
4oz formula milk + brown rice cereal + organic cheddar + organic whole meal bun (home made)
