5oz番薯五谷米糊(有机糙米、红米、黑米、小米、荞麦、燕麦片) + 有机南瓜馒头 + 有机芋头馒头(自制)
5oz sweet potato & five multi grains paste (organic brown rice, red rice, black rice,hulled buckwheat, millet, rolled oats) + organic pumpkin steamed bun + organic yam steamed bun (home made)

- 番薯五谷米糊一人份量的做法:番薯半条,五谷米20g,水175cc。先将番薯加水煮10分钟后捞起,在与洗净的五谷米和水175cc放进处理器煮成糊即可。
- 番薯五谷米糊有预防及改善便秘的功效。
