白萝卜排骨汤 + 冷压橄榄油拌芦笋 + 鸡蛋 +糙米 + 能量三宝(大豆卵磷脂、小麦胚芽、酵母薄片)
radish & ribs soup + asparagus mixed with extra virgin olive oil + egg + brown rice + triple nutrition (Soy Lecithin,Wheat Germ,Yeast Flakes)



10.5.2012午餐

花生莲子莲藕排骨粥 + 冷压亚麻籽油 + 有机核桃(磨成粉状)
peanuts, lotus seed, lotus root & ribs porridge + cold pressed flax seed oil + organic walnut (pulverized)


10.5.2012早餐

4oz配方牛奶 + 黑米糊片 + 有机乳酪 + 有机全麦馒头(自制)
4oz formula milk + black rice cereal + organic cheddar + organic whole meal bun (home made)
