9.3.2012晚餐

苦瓜红枣排骨汤 + 鸡蛋 + 乳酪白蘑菇 + 糙米 + 能量三宝(大豆卵磷脂、小麦胚芽、酵母薄片)
bitter gourd, red dates & ribs soup + egg + cheese & white button mushroom + brown rice + triple nutrition (Soy Lecithin,Wheat Germ,Yeast Flakes)




9.3.2012午餐

绿花椰菜香菇马铃薯鸡肉粥 + 冷压亚麻籽油 + 腰果(自磨成粉状)
Broccoli, chinese mushroom, potato & chicken porridge + cold pressed flax seed oil + cashew nuts(self- pulverized)

9.3.2012早餐

两片全麦面包 + 一片乳酪 + 葡萄干 + 草莓优酪乳 + 鲜榨橙汁
two pieces of whole grain bread + one slice of cheese + raisins + strawberries yogurt + fresh squeezed orange juice
