bitter gourd, red dates & ribs soup + egg + steamed cheese & eggplant + brown rice + triple nutrition (Soy Lecithin,Wheat Germ,Yeast Flakes)

  2. Nope. I won't use any sea salt/soy sauce/molasses sugar in my daily cooking.
